Visiting hours

Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Sundays and holidays 1:30-5:00 pm

Alumni who wish to visit the units must first contact unit staff. Call 888-257-7810, ext. 4366 or email alumni@hazelden.org for approval.

Confidentiality of all patients is to be respected.
Visitors must park in designated parking lots only.
Check in at the Nelson Bradley dining facility located directly left of the stone Admissions wall. Register each time you visit.
Visitors are to wear their Visitor name badge at all times while on campus.
Hazelden does not offer cafeteria services to visitors.
All packages must be opened in front of a Hazelden staff member.
Do not bring any over-the-counter medications for the person you are visiting. No vitamins, dietary supplements, over the counter medications, herbal remedies or energy drinks allowed. No medications in baggies.
Patients are not allowed to sit in personal vehicles and are not allowed to leave campus.
Pets are not permitted on campus. This guideline does not apply to service animals such as seeing-eye dogs. Proof of current vaccinations should be available.
The use of cameras and video recorders (including those on cell phones) is not allowed on Hazelden property.
