How MORE works
Your goal is lifelong recovery - and research shows that a strong
continuing care program will help you stay sober longer.
That's why all patients completing residential care at Hazelden get free access to MORE.
With MORE, help is at your fingertips through all the ups and downs of early recovery - including a recovery coach you can contact electronically or by phone.
MORE also includes:
- Seven comprehensive modules with workbook activities to help you reflect on and better understand everything from working the Twelve Steps to developing the skills necessary to live a balanced life.
- Personalized support and information in each module ranging from articles, fact sheets and clips from Hazelden's video library to interactive tools, interviews, and personal stories.
- Progress checks and "Virtual medallions" to celebrate successful completion of each module, and an online Assessment Summary to instantly show the progress you've made.
- An online support community of Hazelden Alums, including the Hazelden Alumni Network and calendar of events, to help you connect with people pursuing lifelong recovery.
MORE is not a replacement for Twelve Step meetings or working with a sponsor - it's online support to help you more deeply integrate the essential changes that make for lifelong success.
Best of all, you can use MORE at your own pace, on your own time - most find best success when they use MORE at least once or twice a week for an hour or two at a time.
